Movies In Motion Hire Information

All equipment is stored and carried in the licensed box trailer. 

Hiring of the MIM facility includes all equipment to hold an

outdoor movie night. This includes:

- Inflatable Movie Screen 3m x 3m or 6m x 6m
- Outdoor speakers on stands
- Controller Box (PA, Data Projector, DVD player and Powers Cord)

Set Up
The MiM is easy to set up and pack away. A full instruction pack is provided for your volunteers or staff who prefer to follow instructions.

Licences

Kalannie CRC will provide all documentation for you to obtain appropriate licences for public viewing of movies and the listening of music. 

 

Hire Cost

The cost to hire the MIM depends on the duration of hire and frequency of screenings. A discount will be applied if the screen is hired more than once. Group bookings are more than welcome.
